Impostory is an independent platform for creating images, allowing users to create their image to image. We understand that your privacy is important and that you care about how your information is used and shared online. The information we use for this process is used to create images with face swapping. It is not used to identify you.
• Communications information.We collect your email address and other information you provide in communications with us, including through the “Contact Sales” page or when interacting with us through our customer service email.

We automatically collect certain information about your interaction with the Services (“Usage Data”). This information includes:

• Device information, such as device type, operating system and display size.

Facial Image Processing and Privacy

• Sensitivity of Facial Images.We acknowledge the sensitivity of facial images as personal information and are committed to the responsible handling of such information. All photographs provided by users, along with associated facial data, are exclusively stored on the user's device.
• Storage on Company Servers. Our Company explicitly asserts that it does not retain or store any user-provided photographs, including associated facial data, on its servers or any external repositories.
• Limited Purpose Usage.These photographs are exclusively utilized for the generation of images as per the user's request and are not employed for any purpose other than fulfilling the user's specific requests.
• Restriction to Specified Use. The facial image is solely restricted to the face-swapping process and image generation requested by the user through the application. No alternative use of this information is undertaken.
• Absence of Facial Recognition for Identification. Our company does not engage in any form of facial recognition to identify individuals or link their identities to users.

By using our mobile application, users explicitly consent to the terms outlined in this privacy policy regarding the processing and storage of facial images. Our commitment is to uphold the highest standards of privacy and data protection throughout our services.

How Long Do We Store Your Information?

We only keep your personal information for as long as we need to provide our products and services as described in this Privacy Policy and/or for as long as we have your permission to keep it.
